Making Soup


Making Oma's Meatball Soup
(on her 86th birthday!)



Boil a shin bone.


















Roll the meatballs.





















Add beef stock and salt to taste.

Add vermicelli...


...and celery.

Finish cooking and serve.

Enjoy!
